THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated retail professional to join our team and make an impact. As Sales Stylist, you will be at the heart of the in-store experience — delivering outstanding customer service, sharing your styling knowledge, and contributing to a warm and welcoming environment that keeps our customers coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outstanding customer experiences and styling expertise, building genuine relationships with our clientele
• Support sales targets and store KPIs, contributing positively to overall store performance
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to the high standards our brands are known for
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment
• Act as Keyholder, taking responsibility for opening and closing the store as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
• A genuine love for fashion and styling, with a natural ability to inspire customers
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
• A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the team around them
• Flexible availability including weekends
Desirable
• Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing service environment
• An interest in premium or independent fashion retail
