- Wait for your dispatch email before coming to collect.
- Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID or payment card.
- If collecting on someone else’s behalf, they must show the order confirmation and their own valid photo ID.
- All orders must be signed for.

Dispatch
Orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day where possible, while orders placed after midday will be sent the next working day. Please note that we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays, and during busy periods such as sales, dispatch may take longer—we will notify you if a delay of more than three working days is expected.
Tracking & Returns
- You can track your order online using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
- If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Please email sales@youngideasfashion.com to notify us, and include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Securely package your items and send them to: Young Ideas Web Return, 10 St. John Street, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1GH
- Use a delivery service with proof of postage; returns are at your own risk.
- Allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days and you will receive email confirmation once completed.
- Items can also be returned in-store during opening hours. You will receive proof of return from our store team, but refunds are processed by the website team separately.
Our Policy
All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, with packaging and labels intact. Damaged or altered items may not be accepted, and we reserve the right to charge for such goods.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker is intact, and earrings, beauty items, socks, and underwear are non-returnable.

- Contact sales@youngideasfashion.com to arrange an exchange.
- Online exchanges are processed as a refund for the original item, followed by a new purchase for the replacement item.
- Refunds for online orders must be handled by our website team; store systems cannot process these.
- In-store items can be exchanged within 7 days.
- Sale items can be exchanged but are non-refundable.
- During Christmas trading, we offer an extended period for exchanges or credit notes.
- Items are considered faulty if damaged on arrival or if a manufacturing fault appears within 6 months of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear is not covered.
- We aim to repair faulty items where possible.
- Online purchases: email sales@youngideasfashion.com with order details and photos of the faulty item.
- In-store purchases: return to any store, where the Store Manager will assist you.
