How long will my order take to arrive?

Order processing times vary depending on the product and location. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process an order before it is shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour postage, and therefore expect your order to arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch from us (please note this may be extended at peak times in line with Royal Mails advice).

We charge £4.95 for postage, or free delivery on orders over £250.

We also offer Click & Collect from any of our stores free of charge. We aim to get these to a Henmores or Young Ideas store of your choosing as soon as possible in line with our inter-store distribution schedule.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or arrange an exchange.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return your items back to us. Please notify us by email at sales@youngideasfashion.com within the 14-day timeframe, telling us that you are returning the goods.

Please note we do not currently cover the costs of returns.
